About the Currency Converter
The Currency Converter converts amounts between major world currencies, including the US dollar, euro, pound, yen, rupee, taka, dirham and riyal. Rates are refreshed daily, so it is good for budgeting a trip or checking an online price.
How it works
When the page loads, it fetches the day's reference rates against the US dollar from ExchangeRate-API. Your amount is converted to dollars and then into the target currency. If the rate service can't be reached, the tool falls back to built-in approximate rates and says so below the result.
